Merry Christmas!

Can't believe another Christmas has come and gone!! Time is just passing by so quickly. We had a wonderful Christmas once again. We spent Christmas Eve at Rah Rah's house. We enjoyed a great meal and opened presents.

As soon as the boys got home from Rah Rah's house they made reindeer food to throw out. They made enough for ALL of the reindeer I think!!

The boys opened their stockings and their gifts to each other. This is one thing we do every year. The boys open their stockings and then Santa places their empty stocking on the boys pile of gifts.

I started prepping the breakfast casserole for tomorrow morning.

We put out treats for Santa. We are now ready for bed!!

Christmas morning is finally here!! Santa actually came!! The boys got so many wonderful things. We loved their excitement as they opened their gifts. We were very blessed with a wonderful year!

A trip to Georgia

This past weekend we took a trip to Georgia to see Cody, Lauren, and the girls. The boys met their newest cousin Penelope for the first time. She was so very sweet. Maggie and Lydia are getting so big. They were so much fun to play with. I think they liked having the boys there for constant entertainment!

Ornament and Cookie swap

For the past few years we have been getting together for a Christmas ornament swap. We also bring cookies to sample and swap too! This is such a fun night. This year we all gathered at Kristen's house for our swap!! Each year the ornaments get better and better. We were happy to have Keli Westmoreland join us via Skype this year! That was really cool!

The Lights at Pickwick

After leaving the Christmas at the farm we headed towards Pickwick to see the lights. We met The Bakers there. The lights throughout the park were beautiful. We also spent quite a while looking around the Holiday Mart inside the Inn. The line for Santa was REALLY long and very slow moving so we chose not to visit him. We're pretty sure he'll still come see us on Christmas Eve!!

The boys with Ty

Not sure Santa will come see Cade this year! Cooper has been very nice though!

Chance goes hunting for the 1st time.

Chance got to go hunting today for the first time ever. His friend Ty and Ty's dad took him after school. They didn't see any deer which was a little disappointing but they did see a raccoon! Chance thought that was pretty cool. It was a chilly afternoon so they warmed up in the hot tub afterwards. He's hoping to see a deer the next time he goes!
