Sweet Lilly Kate

I'm way behind on my blog so I'm trying to play catch-up since I can't go anywhere for several days due to foot surgery! Yuck. My niece Sarah gave birth to this bundle of cuteness about 2 months ago. I'm  a great aunt now!! She is just precious! I have a another great niece  due to arrive in just over a month and I have twin nieces due in September!! Girls Girls Girls!  Can't wait!! 

Sarah and Paden's wedding

My niece Sarah got married this past Saturday. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful wedding. Just wanted to share a handful of pictures from the day.

Graduation gift!!

Tonight Paden and Sarah came by with a surprise for Cade. He will graduate from Kindergarten in the morning. Can't believe it's that time already. Just them coming by to play with the kids was surprise enough but they came not only to play but with chocolate covered strawberries for everyone to enjoy. Sarah makes the best chocolate covered strawberries. I think Paden helped her with these!! They even spelled out Cade's name and year with his school colors!! How cool! Thanks Sarah and Paden. You guys ROCK!!



Aren't they great! A few got eaten before I could snap a picture!! They were really good.

Our special guest

Sarah stopped by Saturday for a while before heading to a friends house. When she walked in she had a turtle with her...really not that surprising being that it's Sarah. She found it on the road on her way to our house. We all went outside to see if the turtle's head would come out..of course it didn't with us all surrounding it! As soon as we went inside the turtle came out and crawled away. The boys went out looking for it and found it under the wheel barrow. Someone had the bright idea to paint the turtle so if we ever saw it again we would know it was the same turtle Sarah brought. Each boy took his turn putting a stripe on the turtle's back. Not long after we left the turtle alone we looked outside and it was nowhere to be found. Smart turtle! Somewhere out there is a green and orange striped turtle (the rain might have washed it off last night though..it was washable paint :-)) Maybe one day we'll see him again!

We missed her!

Sarah spent most of the summer in Montana. We really missed her and are SO glad she is back. She came this afternoon to play with the boys and take them to Sonic to get slushes!! That's kinda become her thing to do with the boys! They love it! Sarah is always good to bring me back a treat too! She's GREAT!!
