One of our goals for this summer was to teach Cooper to ride his bike! We can now say that goal has been accomplished!! Yay Cooper! We took him over to the sports center parking lot at FHU so he would have plenty of riding room. He DID NOT want to learn to ride his bike! I think he was just scared to learn to ride without the security of the training wheels. After an hour and a half, some scrapes, quite a few tears, and plenty of sweat he finally got the hang of it!! He's now a very happy boy and is excited about being able to ride places with his brothers that he couldn't go before because of the training wheels. Cade and Chance took their bikes and scooters and rode around while we gave Cooper our undivided attention. They were great big brothers and encouraged Cooper while he learned! It was an emotional hour and a half but well worth it in the end!! Good Job Cooper!

Our little all-star
After a great baseball season for all three boys we got to extend our fun a little longer with Chance. He made the 7 year old all-star team! He got to play with several of his friends that were on other teams during the regular season. He enjoyed that! His team went undefeated and brought home the first place trophy for Chester County! They played some great ball and had a great time together! We were so thankful that Aunt Trish, Uncle Mike, Diana, and Levi got to visit and watch Chance play. We don't get to see them very often so that was a special treat!
First Place....Woo Hoo!!
Love my three boys!
Chance and Ty are big buddies. He loved getting to play on the same team with him!
Cade goes to MSYC!
After spending a week at Indian Creek Youth Camp we came home, washed tons of laundry and packed Cade's bags again for another week of camp. He went to Mid-South Youth Camp for the first time as a "big" camper....all by himself!! He survived the week and got to spend it with several of his friends from church. From the sounds of it they had an awesome week! So thankful for the many friends he has and the great camp right here in our own town.

Happy Father's Day
June is a big month for Chad. Not only is it his birthday month (which we celebrated at camp) it is also the month we get to celebrate fathers! He is a great father to our 3 boys. I pray they all three grow up to be the same kind of father to their kids that he is to them!
AP week at Indian Creek Youth Camp
We had a great week at AP camp this year! The boys all got to be in the same cabin as their daddy once again so I felt good about that. They have a great time together! I was in a cabin with 11 and 12 year old girls. We had a great group this year. I also taught the 2nd grade and under class everyday. We learned about Daniel! Cooper and Chance spent a big part of their week helping one of the guy counselors collect bugs!! He teaches third grade and they do a unit on bugs. He had lots of help during the week finding interesting bugs. What better place to look then out in the middle of the woods at camp! Chad was once again in charge of sports for the week. He did a great job as always! Coneball is definitely the favorite sport! He also taught one of the boys classes on day during the week. The boys made some great friends that they look forward to seeing next year. One of them was John Wesley!

Take Me Out to the Ballgame!
Well baseball season has just finished for the boys. They all 3 had a great season and were on really good teams with some great kids and coaches!
Cooper playing 3rd base!
Chance had a great season playing circle (pitcher).
Cade enjoyed his first year of kid pitch. He played left field some but spent most of the season playing 3rd base.
As always our college kids were awesome and supported the boys by coming to several games!
Cade's team minus a couple of kids.
Papa and Clara Ruth made it to see all the boys play one night. The boys enjoyed lots of goodies from the concession stand!!
East Chester Fun!
The boys had several really fun days at the end of the school year. A couple of those were Kite Day and Fun Run Day! They had a little wind for Kite Day so it wasn't too bad. We didn't have the best of luck getting kites up but we had a good time trying!
Mrs. Rosemary's class with Miss Haley England
Fun Run Day was a day to get the kids excited and ready for T-CAP week. The kids had a lot of fun running laps! They got sprayed with water while they ran and got to mark their new shirts with the number of laps done! It was a great idea.
Cade, Evan, and Samuel
Chance waiting to get his shirt marked
Mrs. Wendy's first grade did an awesome job!
Look at those red faces! They enjoyed some healthy snacks after the run.
