Bowling Fun

Since Chad was back at work and we were on our Fall Break the boys and I went bowling one day. We were all pretty terrible but it we had a good time! 

Fall Break

Chad and I didn't have the same Fall Break again this year so we weren't able to go anywhere. The weeknd between breaks we spent the day out at Chickasaw. The weather was beautiful. We paddle boated around the lake and enjoyed a picnic, petting the horses, and some ball playing. 

Soccer and Basketball

Cade played his second year of Jr. High basketball. As a 7th grader he didn't get to play as much as he would have liked but he played hard when he did get to play and he learned a lot. He hustles whenever he is on the floor. 

The boys all had a great youth soccer season. They sure do love playing and we love watching them play. 

Harlem Wizards

The Harlem Wizards came to Henderson. What a fun night!! Chance won the membership drive at the Middle School so he won a Wizards jersey and got to warm up with them on the floor before the game. I played in a community game against them. It was really fun. They were a very entertaining group of guys. 

We did our 3rd Walk4Water in September. It was a rainy day....as in it was pouring down rain.... but we walked anyway. Those in other countries have to walk to get water regardless of weather. We had a good turnout despite the rain. There were several new walkers this year. We enjoyed walking around the park. It was nice not having to worry about cars. Cade didn't get to walk with us. He was gone to a youth group event. We helped to put a clean water well in Africa. 

Crystal K and Joshua came for the first time! 

 This group braved the rain and helped raise money for a new well in Africa.

Chester County Homecoming Week.

Cade enjoyed getting to dress up during homecoming week. He and Carter went dressed alike on Twin Day. We all enjoyed a very warm homecoming game. It's been so many months since that day that I can't even remember if we won or not.

Happy 9th Birthday Cooper!

Well It's March and I am WAY behind on my post.....a little over 6 months to be exact!! Yikes. I'm going to try and play catch up over the next couple of days!  Cooper is 9 now. Hard to believe my baby is almost in double digits! We celebrated by going to eat at IHOP. It was really really good. Cooper also had several friends over to play. They had a blast playing laser tag, basketball, upstairs basketball, etc. he's got a great group of friends.
