Red Ribbon Week

Chance and I wore our crazy socks for "Sock it to Drugs" during Red Ribbon Week. He also dressed in his Hawaiian swim trunks and got a lei at school because the Junior High kids vowed to "Lei Off Drugs!"

Zombie Paint Ball

The guys went to Jackson last weekend and play Zombie Tag. They waited nearly 2 hours to play but said it was worth the wait. They felt like they were at Disney World because the lines were so long. They had a blast shooting paint balls at zombie's in the corn maze.

Soccer party

Cooper and Chance had their end of the season soccer party last weekend. They had a great season and only lost 2 games I think. We appreciate Coach Micah and the work he put into the team.

Mercy Me!

For my birthday I got tickets to see Mercy Me. My friends Julie and Leslie joined me!! We had such a great night together and loved every minute of singing along with Mercy Me!

Basketball Season Is Here!!

We are entering basketball season and that means hours spent in a gym watching the boys play ball. I can't think of a much more enjoyable way to spend my time. I love watching my boys play ball!! Chance is playing JV for the Junior High this year. he is getting lots of playing time and is really doing well. Cade's season will start in a couple weeks. Cooper made the 5th grade team which is a new addition to Chester County this year. We are going to have to divide and conquer because their schedules overlap some but we are excited to watch our Eagles play some ball. Chance's JV team is 5-0 so far on the season!

Gone Fishin'

Yesterday we had our first taste of fall weather. Highs in the mid 60s and a beautiful sunny day. Chad and 2 of the boys walked across to our neighbors pond and did some fishing. Chance missed out due to basketball practice. He just started practices for the Jr. High team this week. Says they are tough but he will definitely be in shape! The guys caught 11 fish between them with Cooper leading the count with 7. Cooper also caught the biggest fish that you can see in the bottom picture. It's by no means big but considering what they usually catch out of that pond it was a beast!! Ha! Thankful for another beautiful day during this fall break from school.

Fall Break

Boy and I had a great time bowling and playing putt putt on Monday with Ty and Mrs. Leslie. We are on Fall Break from school this week. We ate lunch at Snappy Tomato and just enjoyed hanging out in Jackson and having some fun together. I had lots of fun but am REALLY bad at both bowling and putt putt....ha!!
