It snowed last Wednesday on Nov. 14th! We even got a snow day out of school on Thursday. It's been a long time since we've gotten this kind of snow in early November. We are hoping for lots more snow when winter hits!

FHU Game Crew
Cooper was one of 5 boys selected to be a part of the Freed Hardeman Men's Basketball Game Crew. He get's to stand on the side during some of the home games and wipe sweat off the floor when the players fall!! Haha!!
It's Basketball Time!
All 3 boys are playing for the Eagles this year!! Cooper is playing on the newly started 5th grade team. So far they are 2-2. Chance is playing on the 7th grade JV team for the Junior High. So far they are 6-0!! Cade is playing for the 9th grade JV team for the High School. He's only had 1 game so far but they won!! They sure love basketball and I sure love watching them play!
Happy Halloween!
We enjoyed being able to have our "Trunk Or Treat" outside this year. They weather was perfect! Cade didn't get to participate in any Halloween activities due to basketball.

3 Blue Ribbons
Cooper entered these 3 pictures in the 4-H photo contest. The categories were Animals, Landscape, and Buildings. All 3 of his pictures got a blue ribbon!! They will all go to the county contest now. He was so excited to show me his ribbons!! Maybe one day he'll take pictures and earn some money doing it! That would be great! He does enjoy taking them.
Krispy Kreme
We spent the weekend in Prattville. AL for Gramp's funeral. It was a sad occasion but also a somewhat happy one because he isn't suffering anymore. We will miss him very much though. We are thankful for the memories and had lots of stories to share. Before heading back home we made a stop at Krispy Kreme donuts. It was a great way to end a not so great weekend.
