Chester County homecoming

This week has been homecoming week for Cade and Chance. They worked so hard on their halls. The sophomore class went with a Scooby Doo theme. Chance dressed as Fred on the float. He made the perfect Fred! The senior class went with Peter Pan as their theme. They did a fabulous job! Cade dressed as Peter Pan. Their float won and they won overall! The sophomores dominated in powder puff football. 

I didn’t get any pictures of the dress up days. Cade sent me a couple from celebrity day. He went as head coach of the Packers Matt Lefleur 

Best of the West HS

 The high school team headed to Troy Tennessee this evening for Best of the West! Cade placed 16th, Garrett placed 9th, and Carter placed 2nd! I’m not sure about our other runners that they must have ran pretty well because our team placed first overall! We are the best of the west champions!! Go Eagles!! 

Weekend with mom

 While Chad and Cade were off exploring Green Bay the other two guys stayed home with me. We went bowling and played putt putt golf on Friday. On Saturday Cooper and I headed to Memphis for his State Qualifier race at Shelby Farms. Chance got some special time alone with Rah Rah. It was a long day but Coop DID qualify for state!! Way to go Coop! He ran the 2 miler in 12:40 and that was including a fall!! He placed 31st overall out of 203 runners. 

Chance Dominated the second game. No bumpers were used by anyone!! Coop has always used bumpers and decided not to snd realized with a little practice he could do it!! His score may not have been the highest but he actually had more strikes than me!! None of us are great at putt putting but it sure was fun! 

Green Bay Packers

 Chad and Cade took a quick Father/son trip to Green Bay Wisconsin over the weekend so Cade could see Lambeau Field. They didn’t get to see a game because they were out of town but they got a tour of the field, visited the 22,000 square foot PRO shop, went to Title Town to play and hang out, and are great good!! They had perfect weather and had a great trip! One day maybe they’ll get to see a game. 

September Birthdays

Rah Rah got a surprise visit last month on her birthday. Cody, Lauren, and the kids surprised her and showed up just in time to see her as church let out. She was so excited to see them. They stayed a day and visited and we got to eat cake together and just hang out. It was really great seeing them snd it sure did Rah Rah’s heart good to have all her grandkids together.

I got to eat sushi with the guys for my birthday! I also got to go to the movies with Leslie. My second grade team gave me a Besso’s card so of course, I enjoyed some coffee! Turning 43 was great!

The boys and I are on Fall Break. Today we had routine dentist checkups so we decided a Besso’s trip was in order! We all got a different Fall drink. We love Besso’s and look forward to any chance we can go.
