Cone-ball Bash!

 Today was the annual cone-ball  birthday bash!! It was a blast. The 30 plus kids has a blast. One thing is for certain….these guys are blessed with some great friends. As parents we feel proud and blessed by the friends they have chosen. Watching them all come together and have so much fun warms my heart. 

Rockin Dough Pizza

This guy turned 18 yesterday! How that happened so fast I have no idea!! But here we are….18 years old!! We are so incredibly proud of this kid. He excels in everything he does. He is a self motivated and self driven child. He’s also very fun loving, full of life, a great friend to others, a fine Christian example to all (including his family) and pretty hard headed...lol! I can’t wait to see where this life takes him! Happy Birthday Cade!! We enjoyed the pizza and ice cream cake. Great choices 😁! 

 

Youth Retreat

Last weekend the boys were able to attend GULF - youth experience in Gulf Shores, AL. They had the best weekend! They got to spend quality time with our youth ministers, youth interns, and each other. We had around 40 youth group members attend. They loved the singing, messages, but most of all the devotionals on the beach. They enjoyed getting to go to Adventure Island too!  They just had a great weekend! 

We have another driver!

 This guy earned his license today! He’s had an exciting few days! He turned 16, got a car and got his license. 

Happy 16th Birthday Chance

 Today Chance turned 16! He and Cade got home at 7:30 this morning from the youth group lock in. Cooper came on home around 12:30 last night. They came home tired and went straight to bed. We let them sleep till 2:00 but decided that was long enough! We had a birthday to celebrate!! Chance was very happy and surprised by his birthday presents! 

Not sure why the pictures don’t post in the order I load them but they don’t. It’s too much trouble to move them around so they are out of order!

He chose cheesecake for his cake. Great choice!

He got his birthday call from Papa and Clara Ruth. They sent money but always call and sing ‘Happy Birthday’.

Chad made a Teddy Bridgewater jersey for Chance. Made it out of one of his undershirts. 😂 Chance’s  reaction was priceless!! He loved it! 

He got a car!!
