AP week at ICYC

We had another amazing year at ICYC. It’s one of our favorite weeks of the year. This year we had perfect weather all week! It was a week full of friends, incredible singing, wonderful lessons, and growing closer to God and each other,  We were so glad to have Daisy, Brooke, and Austin with us this year. Cade was part of staff for the first time and he played that role very well. He helped with sports and anything else that needed help. 

 

District Tournament and Region Champs!

boys placed third in the district tournament. Not what we were hoping for. Chance made the All District team. The top 4 teams go to Regionals so we kept our heads up and went into the tournament and played sone great ball! We beat Liberty in OT and then beat McNairy to go on to the championship game. Last night we played some great ball and beat South Gibson for the championship!! The last time the CC boys made it to state was in the 1950s!! Chance made the All Region team. We play substate Monday night. Let’s go Eagles!! 

We’ve loved having Cade as the Voice of the Eagles this season! He’s done a great job! 

Happy 17!

 I know I say this every year with each boy but how are they getting do big so fast!!! Today Chance turned 17!! We are extremely proud of him. 

Yesterday we went to Red Robin and ate. Today we ate lunch with Rah Rah and she made him a peanut butter pie. Tonight we ate a chocolate cherry roll! A few days ago he mentioned that it would be cool to have one so I took his birthday as an opportunity to try to make my first chocolate cherry roll! It did not disappoint!! I only had one candle (and we HAD to have one) and it was a 4….so he got a 4 to blow out 😂!
