Happy birthday mom!

The boys took me to The Wall for my birthday and got me a pretty big stash of diet cokes as well as a cold brew maker. 

 

Homecoming week

 Homecoming week is so much each year. A lot of hard work goes into it for many weeks. The senior class won overall this year. Coop’s class didn’t win much but the senior class did! Chance had fun with the dress up days, powderpuff game, parade, and more. 

 

More running and Saturday soccer reffing

We spend a lot of afternoons and weekends traveling to XC meets. Watching the guys run is really fun!! They give 100% every time they are out on the course. 

I sure am thankful to have my boys reffing for the youth soccer league! Chance was taking the ACT this week but he’s usually out there on Saturdays reffing too. 

 

XC season!

Papa and Clara Ruth drove to Savannah to watch Cooper race. It was a beautiful place to run….apart from the dreaded hill that is part of the course. 

 

Happy 16 Cooper!

Hard to believe the baby of the family is 16!! We enjoyed celebrating him at Rah Rah’s house! 

 

School begins

The first week of school went great! We had an ice cream social at church to start the year off! 

Chance went to senior sunrise at 5:15 on the first day of school. Can’t believe he’s already a senior. Coop started his sophomore year. Cade starts back to college in a couple weeks. 

This weekend the youth group took a trip to Nashville to Top Golf. They said it was lots of fun and want to go back! It was a great start to the school year! 

Back to school shopping and bowling

We had a great day of shopping (mostly for school shoes) and bowling! It was our annual back to school trip. We enjoyed a stop for coffee during shopping,  supper at Kung Buffet, bowling, and ended the day at Maggie Moos.
