Basketball Cub Camp

Cade and Chance attended basketball cub camp at Freed Hardeman. We told them they could pick one sports camp to go to this summer and they both pretty quickly chose basketball camp. They love basketball about as much as  their daddy does!! They had a great week and learned a lot from Coach Shelton! He does an outstanding job with the kids! 

School's Out- Let's Celebrate!

For the last last 3 years we've celebrated the end of school by heading to Chuck-E-Cheese for some pizza and games!! The boys love doing this. It's about the only time of year we go unless we're there for a birthday party or something. It's a big deal to the boys to get to go! They've updated our Chuck-E-Cheese so this year was better than ever with new games for the older and younger kids and way more space to get around!! We had a great time. 

Always glad when rah rah can join us!! 

Cade finishes 2nd grade

I am so behind on blogging. School starts back again in just a couple of weeks and I'm just getting around to posting the end of last school year!! Oh well....we've been busy!! Cade had a great year in second grade. He had a wonderful teacher who he loved. 

Cade finished the school year with the most AR points in not only his class but all of second grade! He worked hard all year long and we were so very proud of him. He loves to read and I hope he always will!

Chance Graduates Kindergarten!!

Chance finished his first year of school! Can't believe he has already been through an entire year of school. He has grown so much in so many ways this year. Not only has he grown in height which he definitely has...he's about to pass Cade....he's grown in maturity and knowledge too! He has finished the year reading very well and even earned the reading award for his class! That was an unexpected surprise we got at graduation!! We are proud of all he's accomplished this year and know he will do well and be ready for first grade in the fall!! 

Cade and Chance were both blessed to have Ms. Danna as their K teacher!!

After graduation we met some of the cousins for lunch to celebrate!! Where did Chance want to go for his special lunch.....McDonalds!! 

Mother's Day

I love being the mom to these three sweet boys! Do they alway get along....NO!! Do they always do what I ask without complaining....NO!!  Are they great at picking up after themselves.....NO!! Do they make me want to pull my hair out on occasion....YES!!! Would I trade them for anything..... NO!! Do they love their mom.....YES!! And I love being their mom! They are good boys despite their imperfections!! I think I'll keep them! 

Field Day

Cooper and I went over and helped with Cade's field day at school. It was a beautiful day to be outside! I think Cooper's favorite thing was trying out the slip and slide. Somebody had to make sure it would work right!! Cade loved everything about field day. The excitement on his face showed the whole time he was out there!! I loved being able to see him compete in all the activities!  I missed Chance's field day. Kindergarten does their own field day which consist of several party jumpers set up in the gym for them to enjoy. Chad says he had a great day too!!

Well we are in the midst of baseball season now. Cade and Chance are both playing this year and really enjoying themselves.
